How to Buy One or More Products
The website displays the manufacturer's recommended price, excluding shipping costs and VAT, or shows the product price according to the “@Request a Quote” system.
The recipient's country/location affects product availability and delivery costs:
- Please provide the recipient's address as completely as possible.
- For corporate customers, please include full company details.
Send us a «@Request a Quote» via the product page, wishlist, brand page, contact form, or by email to trade@selectbaubedarf.com.
If prices for these products are available in our system, you will receive a quote in your inbox within 24 hours.
In some cases, we may need 2–3 business days to clarify product costs with the manufacturer. We will then email you the quote.
Step-by-Step Order Process
Correspondence: English or German
- Send a request for a quote via the product page, wishlist, brand page, contact form, or email to trade@selectbaubedarf.com.
- Receive a quote from the seller by email.
- Confirm the quote by replying via email or through the Contact Form.
- Receive an invoice for your order by email.
- Make payment according to the invoice.
- The invoice includes a summary of your order: recipient and buyer details, key product features, pricing, payment method, shipping cost, and production time.
- Order status "Paid" / "In Production": Once payment is received, the order is forwarded to the manufacturer.
- Order status "Ready to Ship" / "Shipped": The order is completed by the manufacturer and dispatched to your address.
Shipping Cost
We offer competitive shipping rates with no additional fees — based on FedEx, DHL, or freight pricing. Self-collection is also available.
Accessing Your Order
You can access your order by clicking the "My Account" section.
Canceling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours. To do so, email us at trade@selectbaubedarf.com within the given period. If payment has already been made, a full refund — including shipping costs — will be issued within 14 days.
If Delivery Is Not Possible
If we are unable to deliver your order for any reason, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and cancel the order.
