Product Pricing

The website displays the manufacturer's price (*price list from the manufacturer), excluding shipping costs and VAT, or shows the product price according to the “Request a Quote” system.

Shipping Cost

We compare rates from trusted carriers (including FedEx and DHL) to offer the best delivery price before dispatch. You may also use your own courier account for pick-up.

VAT for EU Countries

  • EU private customers: 20% VAT (Germany: 19%)
  • EU business customers with a valid VAT ID: VAT-exempt

Import Duties for Non-EU Countries

Local import taxes and customs duties may apply in countries such as the USA, Australia, UK, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, and others outside the EU.

While we cannot control these charges, our team will assist to ensure smooth delivery. Customs clearance is typically handled by the shipping carriers or a customs agent.

Shipping Methods

Orders are delivered safely and reliably using top-tier shipping companies, with all shipments insured for the full value of the products. Fragile items are shipped with special packaging for extra protection. Depending on the type of product, our team will determine the most suitable shipping method to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Standard Shipping – Small Parcels

Small packages are shipped via FedEx or DHL.

Once the package is picked up by the courier, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.

Most items shipped via FedEx or DHL can be delivered without a signature.

If you require a signature, please leave a note in the comment field when placing your order.

The delivery date is not scheduled in advance. The parcel will be delivered to your doorstep.

Delivery attempts are made 2–3 times on working days only.

Standard Shipping – Large Items

Large items are shipped via the most suitable carrier.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the curbside in front of your home.

Unlike FedEx or DHL services, tracking links may vary depending on the carrier used.

The shipping company will contact the customer by phone or email to arrange delivery.

Disposal of packaging and pallets is the customer’s responsibility.

Special Delivery Service

A special delivery service with indoor delivery and assembly is available upon request.

Your item will be delivered to the room of your choice, unpacked, assembled, and the packaging removed.
