Willowlamp / Chandeliers / Stalactite Ø1000 Suspended

The Stalactite chandeliers was initially inspired by a visit to one of the world’s heritage sites, the Cango Caves, which is enormous and dripping with gigantic stalactites. The design was driven by a desire to recreate the surface texture of these formations, the rippling striations and convoluted textures that build up on the surface of stalactites over many centuries. It is illuminated by a spiraling arrangement of pyrex glass balls containing G9 halogen lamps.

Metal Frames: Brushed lasercut stainless steel.
Junction boxes: Brass base chrome plated.
CNC components: Solid brass components are all chrome-plated.
Decorative ball-chain: Brass and copper chain types are solid base metals. Chrome, Smoke, antiques, and colour coated are mild steel.
Electrical: Italian Imported high-quality electrical lamp holders and cables.

Oxidized finishes (Rust and Black) – specification:
Metal Frames: Laser-cut mild steel, chemically treated and sealed to match the chain finish.
Junction boxes: Brass base, chemically treated and sealed to match the chain finish.
CNC components: Solid brass base, chemically treated and sealed to match the chain finish.
Decorative ball-chain: Mild steel base, chemically treated and sealed to match the chain finish.
Electrical: Italian Imported high-quality electrical lamp holders and cables.
