Pendant lamp with black aluminium structure and iron lens. The lens undergoes an oxidation process inducted by flame and it is followed by brushing, sponging, polishing and sanding.

The pendant lamp Lens has a metal diffusor in three different precious finishes. This lamp can be suitable for various spaces thanks to its two different sizes. The smaller version with a single spotlight can light up residential spaces, whereas the larger version with three spotlights is suitable to furnish and decorate large spaces like restaurants, bars and lobbies.

Inspired by a lens that concentrates and veers sunlight, Lens captures the light, filters it, and then releases it anew into the environment. The irregular lens surface décor allows the light to be propagated creating light and shadow effects on the elements below. The surrounding environment, hit by these new hues, blends together with the light source, creating a pleasant decorative effect. The 3-group lenses assemblies call to mind the cosmic and the terrestrial elements, where the light abridges these two spheres. 

The Lens collection comprises two types of handing lamps: wall- and ceiling-mounted. The hanging lamp version comprises LED spotlights reflecting the light on one or three metal lenses, and the wall-mounted and floodlight version comprise LED strips illuminating the front and side disk, with pleasant lighting effects. The metal discs are brass, copper and black iron colored, through an artisanal process which makes each lens finish unique.

The Lens collection by Fabbian, designed by Lucie Koldova, is a contemporary lighting series inspired by the optical lens and its ability to shape, filter, and redirect light. The collection includes pendant and wall/ceiling lamps, combining decorative impact with architectural precision.

Each luminaire features a metal lens diffuser with a textured, irregular surface that transforms light into soft gradients and layered reflections. Available in refined finishes such as burnished, bronze, and rust tones, Lens creates an atmospheric lighting effect, making it ideal for modern residential interiors, hospitality spaces, and high-end commercial projects.
